Karen Cogan

Karen is a highly experienced counsellor who brings warmth, insight and a grounded presence to her work. With a deeply compassionate and non-judgemental approach, she creates a confidential space where individuals feel genuinely seen, heard and supported.

Drawing on Gestalt Therapy, Integrative Therapy and CBT, Karen works with employees navigating grief, overwhelm or major life transitions. Her sessions offer not only psychological tools but also an accepting, empathetic environment that honours each person’s unique experience.

As a mum of three, Karen understands first-hand the emotional and practical complexities of returning to work after significant life changes. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience to support individuals with clarity, care and compassion.
