Karen Cogan

Karen is a highly experienced counsellor who brings warmth, insight, and a grounded presence to her work. Drawing on Gestalt Therapy, Integrative Therapy and CBT, she supports employees who are processing grief, overwhelm or significant life transitions.

Her approach creates a safe, accepting space where clients feel truly seen and heard. As a mum of three, Karen deeply understands the emotional and practical challenges of returning to work, and brings both professional expertise and lived experience to guide individuals with compassion, clarity and care.
