Frequently Asked Questions

How are sessions delivered?

We offer a flexible, hybrid approach to coaching. Sessions can be delivered virtually via secure Microsoft Teams, in-person or a combination of both - depending on what works best for your business and your people.

We have a diverse network of experienced coaches located across the UK, which means we can match you with the right coach in the right location or provide consistent virtual support for dispersed teams.

We will work with you to deliver coaching in the way that best fits your culture, schedules and goals.

Who are your Coaches and how are they selected?

Our coaches are accredited professionals with experience in coaching and/or counselling and life transitions. We match clients with coaches based on need, experience and personality fit. All coaches receive ongoing training and are supervised by our senior team.

What is transitional coaching?

Transitional coaching supports individuals during life or career shifts. It's about helping people regain clarity, confidence and purpose while adjusting to new circumstances - whether that's returning to work, navigating loss or stepping into a new role.

Do you work with individuals or just businesses?

We specifically work with businesses because we believe that when employees feel supported in the workplace, everyone benefits - from individual wellbeing to team performance and overall organisational resilience. That said, some of our coaches do offer private coaching sessions. If you are an individual looking for support, feel free to reach out and we’ll put you in touch with the right coach.

How do I know if coaching is right for me/my team?

If you or your employees are experiencing change, uncertainty or want support in regaining focus and confidence, coaching can be a powerful tool. We offer discovery calls to explore your goals and whether coaching is the right fit.

Can you support clients across the UK or internationally?

Yes. We have a network of experienced coaches across the UK and the capability to deliver virtual coaching to international clients.

Do you offer in-person coaching or is it all virtual?

We do both. In-person coaching can be arranged where location permits and many of our clients opt for the flexibility of virtual sessions.

What support do you offer for returning from parental leave, illness or bereavement?

We provide 1:1 coaching, group sessions and tailored programmes to support emotional wellbeing, confidence-building and reintegration into work after a period of leave.

Do you provide coaching before someone returns to work or only after?

Both. Pre-return coaching can help prepare emotionally and practically, while post-return support helps with reintegration, performance and resilience.

How long does a return-to-work coaching programme typically last?

Programmes typically run for 3-6 months, with flexible scheduling. We can customise this based on individual or organisational needs.

Do you support line managers too?

Yes. We offer coaching and training for managers on how to support team members returning from leave with empathy and clarity.

Can you tailor programmes to fit our existing HR policies?

Absolutely. We work closely with HR teams to align our coaching with your existing frameworks and organisational culture.

How do you measure the impact of your coaching programmes?

We provide feedback mechanisms, pre- and post-coaching self-assessments and optional reporting for organisational insight.

Do you offer workshops or group coaching in addition to 1:1 sessions?

We do. Workshops can cover topics like resilience, confidence post-leave, menopause at work or manager training. Group coaching builds community and shared learning.

Do you offer support for specific transitions like menopause, burnout or career changes?

Yes. We have specialist coaches trained in areas such as menopause, grief and burnout recovery, as well as broader career transitions.

Is your coaching confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to our practice. We follow strict ethical guidelines and GDPR compliance in how we handle personal data and session content.

What’s included in your coaching packages?

Packages include coaching sessions, and/or counselling sessions, access to a grief specialist, access to wellbeing resources, session summaries (on request) and optional pre/post-coaching assessments.

Do you offer a free consultation or taster session?

Yes. We offer free discovery calls to help you understand what to expect and whether we’re the right fit.

How do we get started?

Get in touch via our website or email. We’ll schedule a call to understand your needs and propose the best next steps.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations may be charged unless in exceptional circumstances.
